1. Digital Products (Digital Downloads & Printables)

Pixie Print Studio offers digital products such as downloadable worksheets, project printables, and other digital content.

  • All digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable once the purchase is completed.
  • Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after the files have been delivered or accessed.
  • Please ensure you review the product description carefully before purchasing.

2. Physical Products (Stationery & Grab Bags)

For physical products such as notepads, memo pads, sticker sheets, stationery boxes, or grab bags:

Eligible for Return/Replacement

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect item are shared with us

Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor color variations (due to screen/display differences)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Mystery / Grab Bags (including Pixie Christmas Grab Bag)

3. Refund Process (If Approved)

  • Once your return/refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only in case of damaged or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit at our discretion.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders for physical products can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.
  • Digital orders cannot be cancelled once the purchase is completed.
